Industries — Agency Partners
You keep the client.
I help you deliver the work.
For agencies and fractional CMOs who need delivery capacity without hiring, or without briefing another freelancer from zero every time a project comes in.
How this works
Five ground rules
White-label support.
Work is delivered under your brand, on your letterhead, in your tools where practical. Clients see your agency, not mine.
Clear scope per slot.
Each slot covers one clearly defined workstream, agreed before the month starts — not an open-ended "help with marketing" arrangement.
Predictable monthly capacity.
You know what you're getting and when, so you can commit that capacity to a client without a scramble.
No poaching.
I don't go around you to your client, ever, under any circumstance — not for this engagement, not for a future one.
Confidentiality as standard.
Happy to sign an NDA. Client names and details stay inside the agreed working relationship.
What a slot can cover
One clearly defined workstream
Landing pages
Copy and build for a specific campaign or client project.
Search content
SEO/AEO content production for a client's ongoing calendar.
Paid campaigns
Setup, structure and copy for a defined paid workstream.
Founder content
The same interview-to-content system as the Authority Engine, delivered under your brand.
Simple workflows
Small automations or tracking tools scoped tightly enough to fit one slot.
A sense of the work
Not delivered white-label, but the same quality bar
These weren't agency-delivery engagements, but they show the kind of work a slot covers: a content operation built on a real system, and a campaign rebuilt around real positioning.
Primary offer

Questions
Common questions from agencies
Will you ever contact my client directly?
No, not without your explicit sign-off. You own the relationship. I fill the slot you define.
Why a minimum of two slots?
One slot doesn't leave enough room to plan capacity sensibly on either side. Two slots is the point where committing recurring capacity to your delivery pipeline actually makes sense for both of us.
Can the scope of a slot change month to month?
Yes, with notice before the next month starts. Scope for the current month is fixed once it's agreed, so work already underway doesn't get interrupted mid-cycle.
