NSK — Nagashree Srinivas Karanam, Bengaluru
Good marketing cannot fix a confused offer or a broken follow-up.
I work on all three.
I help B2B companies sharpen what they say, create demand, and build the smaller systems that stop good leads from getting lost.
Based in Bengaluru. Available for work with teams across the globe.
Selected outcomes across anonymised engagements
Search impressions
Ranking queries
Paid conversions
Monthly content assets
Each pair of numbers is from a different, anonymised engagement — not one combined result. Full context is in the case studies.
What I help fix
Three ways an engagement usually starts
The message is attracting the wrong buyer.
Traffic looks fine. Enquiries come in. But the people filling out the form are not the people who can actually buy. Usually the issue is not the channel — it is what the page says, and who it is written for. I rework positioning, ICP and copy until the message and the buyer are talking about the same problem.
The campaign is creating activity but not movement.
Impressions climb. Clicks climb. Rankings climb. None of it turns into calls or qualified pipeline. I treat search visibility, paid structure and content output as one system instead of three separate reports, and fix the part that is actually holding the number back.
Leads and work are getting lost after the form is submitted.
The ad did its job. Then the lead sits in an inbox, or a spreadsheet nobody checks, until it goes cold. I build the smaller systems — routing, CRM pipelines, reporting, follow-up — that keep a lead moving after the click is over.
Industries
Four paths, same underlying method
The specifics change by industry. The method — fix the message, build real demand, protect the lead — does not.
B2B SaaS and technology
More leads will not fix a message buyers do not understand.

Four engagements, described honestly
More leads were not the answer. Better positioning was.
A campaign that produced plenty of leads, most of them wrong, until the positioning caught up with what the product actually did.

Impressions and rankings climbing is not the goal. It only mattered once it turned into discovery calls.

Positioning, landing page, ads, an interactive diagnostic and outreach, all built from the same two pain points.

Before asking for a sales conversation, I made it possible to see the problem in numbers.

Four steps, in this order
Find the actual bottleneck.
Not the one that is easiest to blame. The one the numbers actually point to.
Build the smallest useful fix.
A landing page, not a rebrand. A tracker, not a platform. Scope stays tied to the actual bottleneck.
Launch it properly.
Tracking in place, copy checked against intent, handoff points tested before traffic hits it.
Measure before expanding.
More budget and more scope come after the fix proves itself, not before.
About
Not someone who sells nine services
I did not start by trying to cover the whole funnel. I started with words — SEO articles, website pages, the pieces businesses publish because someone said they needed content.
Then the questions got bigger. Why did one campaign bring plenty of leads that nobody wanted? Why did a useful product sound ordinary on the page? Why did a lead disappear between the form, the spreadsheet and the follow-up? Over five years I moved closer to those questions instead of further away from them.
You do not need a polished brief.
