What the contact form collects
The form at /contact.html collects what you type into it: your name, work email, company, company website, LinkedIn URL if you provide one, country, company size, industry, what you'd like help with, budget range, preferred timeline, and the project context you write in. It also records the page you submitted from and any UTM campaign tags present in the URL, which help me understand how you found the site.
This site does not use tracking cookies, and does not run any analytics until a Google Analytics 4 ID is configured — at the time of writing, GA4 is not active on this site.
How it's stored
Submissions are sent through a Cloudflare Worker directly to a private Notion database. Your browser never contacts Notion directly, and the form does not store anything locally beyond what's needed to submit it once.
What it's used for
Solely to assess and respond to your enquiry — to understand what you need, decide honestly whether I'm a fit, and reply to you. It is not used for unrelated marketing, and it is not sold or rented to any third party.
Who else might process it
A small number of third-party services are involved in running this site and are likely to process form or hosting data as part of that: the hosting provider serving these pages, Cloudflare (running the Worker that submits the form), and Notion (storing the submitted data). Each operates under its own privacy terms.
How long it's kept
Submissions are retained for {{DATA_RETENTION_PERIOD}} unless you ask for earlier deletion, or unless we go on to work together, in which case relevant details are kept for as long as needed for that engagement.
Requesting deletion
Email {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} with the email address you submitted the form with, and ask for your enquiry to be deleted. It will be removed from the Notion database that stores form submissions.
